The Directive 2012/18/EU of the European Parliament and of the European Council dated 4 July 2012 on the control of major-accident hazards involving dangerous substances (Seveso III Directive), was translated into Portuguese law by the decree nº 150/2015, august 5th.

According to sub-section nº 1 of article 30 of the before-mentioned decree, all businesses covered by this legislation must ensure that the information referred to in Annex VI is permanently available to the public, including electronically.
